Now Hiring - Regional Property Manager-Multi Site in Williston, ND

Currently seeking Regional Property Manager to play a significant role in a fast growing affordable housing management company. This individual will perform compliance and oversight functions for a growing portfolio of tax credit properties located throughout the state of North Dakota. We are growing fast and changes in the portfolio are expected. The person hired for this position must be flexible.

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 65-80% (Day and Overnight)

Ideal candidate must be analytical, resourceful, detail oriented, have experience with Tax Credit Developments and be familiar with Section 42 and HUD requirements, affordable housing practices and agencies. Applicants should possess strong communication and marketing skills, resident retention and computer efficiency. Management experience and background in successful lease up and maintaining high occupancy level is a huge benefit.

Must be able to interpret and apply multiple layers of compliance regulations to the portfolio of properties as specified by the monitoring agencies.

Responsibilities include, but not limited too:
—Completing approvals of LIHTC tenant certifications and audits for portfolio of properties
-Maintaining relationships with property site staff, director of operations, and external agencies as well as works in conjunction with the company’s development department.
-Working with the development department throughout lease up of new properties
-Preparing reports and working with state agencies insuring property compliance
-Acting as key contact for site personnel and director of operations regarding compliance issues and questions
-Maintaining accurate organized tenant files

-Overall responsibility for the performance of the portfolio

Qualifications:
-Tax Credit Compliance Certification and experience Affordable housing property management experience preferred.

-LIHTC lease up experience

-One Site/Real Page Experience Preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Accounting/Bookkeeping experience a plus
-Proven experience with the administration and management of a multi-site portfolio.
-Skilled in financial management; including budgeting.
-Strong supervisory skills; proven track record in staff development.
-Superb customer-service skills; demonstrated ability to maintain strong working relations with both internal and external clients.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
-Highly motivated service-oriented self-starter.
-Outstanding work ethic.
-Superior written and oral communication skills.
-Exceptional flexibility to go from the “big picture” to the details and back again as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
